Founder and Chairman
Nikita is the founder of The Quant Group (TQG) and The Quant Conference (TQC) both of which he started while still in the university. He is leading all of the strategic decisions on behalf of TQG and TQC. in 2018 TQG established a strategic partnership with Fasanara Capital to launch Fasanara Digital - a quantitative investment fund applying a scientific approach to investing in cryptoassets. Nikita is a Portfolio Manager at Fasanara Digital and co-heads investment and management of the fund. Nikita holds a Bachelors degree in Mathematics from the University of St Andrews.

Graduated with a bachelor degree in Econometrics and Operations Research from Maastricht University, Emmanuel pursues his postgraduate education at King's College London.
Becoming a successful quantitative trader has always been Emmanuel's objective. His intellectual curiosity drives him to learn and by extension understand how things do work. His main interests are trading strategies, machine learning, exotic financial instruments and the impacts of macroeconomic events on the markets. Emmanuel likes challenges and the resolution of complex problems motivates him. Emmanuel works currently as a quant at UBS.
Diana has completed her BA(Hons) in Business Management-Economics at University of Westminster and she has also been involved in the Junior Enterprise concept whilst studying: firstly as Head of Business Development at Westminster Business Consultants (WBC)-the UK Junior Enterprise affiliated to University of Westminster; and afterwards as Enlargement Manager at The European Confederation of Junior Enterprises, mitigating for inclusive entrepreneurial education across Europe.
After completing her studies for MSc in Economics and Strategy for Business, due in August 2020.
Olivier is an aspiring quant. After obtaining his bachelor from Maastricht University in Econometrics and Operations Research, he now studies Quantitative Finance at the Erasmus University of Rotterdam. Working relentlessly, he has successfully combined his master’s with 2 internships at ABN AMRO. He first worked for the XVA desk and now for the Quants desk, both as a Quant. He also works as a University research assistant for one of the top Dutch Economists. His main interests are stochastic calculus and history.
Peter analyzes Health Insurance trends and data at the Department of Health & Human Services. Starting in March 2020, Peter will transition to a Field Supervisor role for the Department of Commerce. Peter has two Associate’s Degrees from Anne Arundel Community College in Maryland, a Certificate in Industrial & Organizational Psychology from the University of St. Andrews, a Certificate in Conflict Management & Counter-Terrorism Studies from the Interdisciplinary Center Herzilya, Israel and is working towards his Bachelors of Liberal Arts, Extension Studies, Economics at Harvard University. He is expected to graduate in May of 2021. He is minoring in Finance. Peter has experience in Wealth Management & Public Financial Administration. Peter is also a member of the Massachusetts Army National Guard and a Cadet in the MIT/Harvard Army ROTC Battalion, contracted to commission in the Spring of 2021.
